V² DEVELOPMENT concluded its participation as Platinum Partner in the 3rd Annual Real Estate Conference of SAEE, contributing to a programme that brought together institutional representatives, market leaders, and industry stakeholders around the future direction of Greek real estate.
Held at Intercontinental Athenaeum Athens, this year’s conference focused on investment, housing, market transition, and the changing relationship between development and the city.
Representing both institutional and market perspectives, Vaggelis Kteniadis participated throughout the conference in his dual capacity as President of V² DEVELOPMENT and President of the Real Estate Committee of SAEE.
His contribution included opening remarks through the conference Welcome Address, followed by a Fireside Chat with Domna Michailidou, Minister of Social Cohesion and Family Affairs. The discussion focused on housing priorities, urban realities, and the conditions required to support sustainable residential development in Greece.
